Full House Bar and Grill is looking for an experienced team player with a great attitude and genuine desire to serve our guests and make our restaurant the best it can be at all times. Punctuality, Teamwork and Cleanliness Standards are a must as well as Organization.
Job Duties Include:
Knowledge of kitchen equipment
Station set-up, breakdown and, all necessary advance prep
Read tickets to produce orders
Prep and cook food to recipe
Keep the line and prep area organized, stocked and clean
Assist in control of food waste
Follow direction of the management team and food and beverage leadership
You must be able to work independently and
have strong communication skills - read and speak English.
Shift days and hours:
Tuesday through Saturday 3pm - 9pm.
Experience:
Cooking: 1 year (preferred)
Restaurant: 1 year (preferred)
