Position Details:
Weekend and evening shifts available.
Competitive compensation based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the Chef and the kitchen staff to prepare and cook menu items to our high standards.
Set up and stock stations with all necessary supplies.
Ensure dishes are prepared with quality, consistency, and timeliness.
Adhere to nutrition, sanitation, and safety standards.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude with coworkers and guests.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in cooking, including roles such as line cook, restaurant cook, or prep cook.
Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Ability to perform tasks with accuracy, speed, and efficiency.
Proficiency with knife skills and a solid grasp of kitchen safety.
Team-oriented mindset and multitasking ability.
Physical ability to reach, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficient in Spanish & English Language
