Le French Denver is a casual chic bistro that celebrates the culinary traditions of France and Senegal. We believe that food is a way to bring people together and create lasting memories. Our mission is to provide our guests with an unforgettable dining experience that is unique, delicious and authentic.

Our menu features a variety of classic French dishes, as well as modern interpretations of Senegalese cuisine. We use only the freshest ingredients, and our dishes are prepared with care and attention to detail.

LE FRENCH is seeking a Manager, a vested, highly experienced leader who share the thrill of taking part in the continued success, growth and evolution of a restaurant group with an established record of success and growth opportunities in the Denver market.

We seek individuals who demonstrate integrity in all areas, both personal and professional; and who can maintain & evolve a culture of trust and dependability among the staff. Our managers are not administrators; they stand at the front of our hospitality experience and are intimately involved in service every day.

The Manager is responsible for the overall operation of the restaurant. Core responsibilities include performance, guest satisfaction, increased sales and profitability, while actively ensuring the restaurant meets financial and operating goals.

Our Managers are business savvy, setting their annual budget and managing their live P/L statement weekly together as a team. Partnership with the Culinary Manager/Chef & FOH Manager, we all work together toward standards of operational excellence.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in restaurant management

Bachelor's degree in hospitality, business, or a related field preferred

Experience managing, coaching, and cultivating a team of service industry professionals

A professional, polished manner and the willingness to be immersed directly in the guest experience

Skilled in staff management, hiring, training, retention, and evolution.

Awareness and understanding of financial analysis and problem solving

A broad range of restaurant management experience encompassing different styles of service and cuisines

Stellar business acumen managing a P&L, scheduling, ordering/inventory

The ability to multi-task and perform in a high-volume atmosphere

Excellent verbal, written, and organizational skills

Computer proficient with strong verbal and written communication skills. Familiarity with Google Suite (G-Suite), Microsoft Office, restaurant scheduling and reservation software, ability to learn our accounting and POS platforms

Open availability with an ability and desire to consistently work nights and weekends.
