The Rio Grande Mexican Restaurant is seeking a Front of House manager for our location in Lone Tree! Our ideal candidate is positive, upbeat, and experienced in restaurant operations. Areas of responsibility include staff development, financial accountability, and guest experience. We seek candidates who meet the following criteria:
1-2 years of experience in a restaurant leadership role.
Experience with financial management, cash handling, and inventory management.
Demonstrated ability to develop and retain staff.
Strong computer skills with an emphasis in Microsoft Office Suite, Aloha, and Hotschedules.

This is a salaried position starting at $60,000 per year plus bonus potential. This rate may be higher based on relevant experience and/or additional qualifications.
