Blue Pan Pizza is seeking individuals with Front of House experience.
We believe teamwork is the core to success. That is why we pool tips amongst all FOH
employees and train on all front of house positions. One night you might be bartending.
Another night you could be working the counter or serving.
We are committed to providing excellent customer service and serving top notch pizza. Team
members that are successful at Blue Pan thrive on providing an extremely high level of service
while working in a very busy restaurant.
Responsibilities include:
-Waiting Tables
-Answering phones and taking to go orders
-Expediting food
-Bartending
Qualified candidates must have:
- Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, primarily by being able to multi-task under
pressure and stay very focused during busy times.
-Ability to communicate and respond politely to customers.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with guests, subordinates and superiors.
- Demonstrated experience in providing high quality service in the hospitality industry.
- Ability to place takeout orders on our POS in a high volume carryout and dine-in business
model.
- Ensure superior cleanliness of facility and adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Ensure quality of all products being sold.
- Must be available to work weekends and weekdays, as needed.
- Have dependable transportation.
-Bartending Experience is a plus but isn t necessary. We are willing to train.
- Starting pay is 11.40 plus tips.
