WAITRESS/WAITER ($10.63/hr + great tips!) Oreads at Squirrel Creek Lodge opened in 2011 and has enjoyed tremendous growth every year. We are a private, members only restaurant and run a small, efficient crew. You will need to be flexible to operate in all areas of our restaurant floorplan. We are looking for someone who can bring their skillset to our team and at the same time embrace our culture at Oreads/Squirrel Creek. Does this sound like you? Then we want to hear from you!
The main duties of our food servers are to sell food in a professional manner, solicit food orders, key food orders into POS system, deliver food orders, bus tables, accept payments, interact with guests, and be able to work professionally in a risque environment. This position is very similar to a waitress in an upscale restaurant, not a 24-hour diner. Your ability to sell food to our members/guests will determine your success. This position starts at $11.40/hour + tips which are generally well above industry average for a motivated seller! This is a part-time, weekend position. Availability on Friday and Saturday night and Sunday daytime are a must.
