About the Role:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of multiple properties in Idaho Springs, CO. The ideal candidate is someone who takes pride in their work, has a good "can-do" attitude, understands the importance of first impressions, and can work independently on a flexible schedule. Must be based locally in or near Idaho Springs, CO.
Duties:
Clean and sanitize all areas of the units including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living spaces, and outdoor areas
Change and launder linens and towels
Restock guest amenities such as toiletries, paper goods, and cleaning supplies
Take out trash and recycling and ensure bins are properly placed for collection
Perform quality checks to ensure homes meet high standards for cleanliness
Report any damage, missing items, or maintenance issues to the property manager
Occasionally stage or reset décor and furnishings to match listing photos
Follow checklists and procedures provided for each property
Requirements:
Proven experience in residential or vacation rental cleaning
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, ability to work legally in the US
Access to a smartphone (for communication, scheduling, and photo documentation)
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks related to cleaning
Ability to climb stairs
Strong attention to detail and time management skills
Agreeable to working some weekends and holidays
Cleaning Days/Time Range: Every Day from approximately 9am-4:30pm or thereabout
Must be trustworthy, punctual, and capable of working independently
Perks:
$25/hour pay
