We are opening a new restaurant for our existing Italian concept Sauce Family Pizzeria and Italian Eatery. The new location is in the final stages of build out now, in the same plaza as Bevy's Liquors at C470.
We are looking to hire a General Manager to help us build out the rest of the team. Most systems will be put in place from our existing platforms. (Full stack Toast - POS, Payroll, Tables - reservations, Xtrachef)
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the floor / FOH
- Managing payroll and labor costs
- Recruiting and scheduling FOH staff
- Payroll (daily review employees hours & declared tips)
- Accounting / Bank deposits
- Dry goods orders & inventory
- Assisting in making sure labor cost goals are met
- Basic computer literate - Word & Excel
- POS software knowledge
- Problem solving & critical thinker
