We have opened a new location for our Italian dining concept Sauce Family Pizzeria and Italian Eatery in Littleton at the same plaza as Bevy's Liquors at C470 & Bowles. Our Sauce concept has four existing locations in the Colorado mountain towns of Breckenridge, Silverthorne, Copper Mountain and Avon.
We are looking to hire a General Manager to drive the new location forward. In addition to running day to day operations in the FOH are looking to promote the brand and expand awareness in our new home. You should also have an understanding of both the FOH and BOH for operations and execution. This position will also include some oversight and guidance for the kitchen staff. Most systems will be put in place from our existing platforms. (Full stack Toast - POS, Payroll, Tables - reservations, Xtrachef)
You should have:
- 5+ years hospitality experience ($2.5mil+ in sales)
- Hospitality management experience
- FOH and BOH experience
- An understanding of dining culture in the Denver area
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the floor
- Managing payroll and labor costs
- Recruiting and scheduling FOH staff
- Payroll (daily review employees hours and tips)
- Accounting / Bank deposits
- Dry goods orders & inventory
- Assisting in making sure labor cost goals are met
- Basic computer knowledge - Google Workspace / Office / Various online systems
- POS software knowledge
- Problem solving and critical thinker
