Seeking an experienced Barista for a busy cafe in Denver.
Shifts required are 8am to 2pm Saturdays and Sundays. No closing or opening required.
Experience on a semi automatic espresso machine strongly desired, but we are willing to train the right person.
The right person will have a friendly demeanor and positive attitude. They will welcome all guests as they arrive, be confident and able to walk guests through the food and drink menus, and enter the orders in correctly. They will produce consistent drinks and customer service even in the busiest of times.
Dependability and consistency is non negotiable, as is attitude.
This position will be working directly, and only, with the owners. This will require you to be able to manage your time, pace your orders, and have confidence being alone at the register/bar.
This also means you receive 100% off the credit card (on paycheck) and cash tips (daily).
Pay is Denver minimum tipped wage, plays tips. You can expect to make $300-$500 a week for those two shifts with base pay and tips. No weekdays required.
