NA FAVOLA is a neighborhood Italian trattoria focused on good food, good people, and a welcoming atmosphere. We care about hospitality just as much as we care about pasta—and we’re looking for someone friendly and dependable to be the first face our guests see when they walk in.
What You’ll Do:
Greet every guest with a warm, genuine welcome
Manage reservations and walk-ins
Help organize the flow of the dining room
Handle all phone calls, including to-go orders and guest inquiries
Organize and pack to-go orders with attention to accuracy and presentation
Keep track of pickup and delivery timing
Communicate wait times clearly and kindly
Keep the front area clean and tidy
Work closely with the rest of the team to keep things running smoothly
