Black Haus Tavern is a modern, family-owned full-service restaurant and cocktail bar in the heart of Parker, known for elevated cuisine, curated beverage programs, and a warm, welcoming atmosphere. We are currently seeking a Kitchen Manager to lead our back-of-house operations with skill, efficiency, and a passion for hospitality.
Responsibilities Include:
Overseeing daily kitchen operations and ensuring consistent food quality and presentation
Leading, training, and mentoring BOH staff
Scheduling, labor cost management, and maintaining kitchen cleanliness and safety standards
Assisting in food cost control, inventory management, and vendor ordering
Supporting execution of special events, private dinners, and seasonal menu changes
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen leadership role
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Must have reliable transportation
Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
Food Safety Certification preferred or willingness to obtain
