Are you a culinary leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves to create, and knows how to balance fun with responsibility? Black Haus Tavern is seeking a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to lead our back-of-house operations in Downtown Parker.

A chef who can work well under pressure and keep the vibe upbeat during service.
Someone who enjoys being part of a fun, collaborative team while still owning the responsibility of the kitchen.
A leader who understands cost controls, labor management, and menu development.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring consistency, cleanliness, and quality.
Manage and train kitchen staff, build team morale, and ensure effective communication.
Collaborate with ownership on seasonal menu creation, food specials, and event dinners.
Monitor and maintain food and labor costs within budgeted targets.
Maintain vendor relationships and place orders to ensure product quality and kitchen efficiency.
Enforce health & safety protocols and ensure compliance with local regulations.
Work the line during peak hours and lead by example.
Qualifications:
3+ years experience as a Head Chef, Executive Sous Chef, or Kitchen Manager.
Proven track record in managing kitchen staff, food costs, and inventory.
Strong knife skills and culinary technique across various cuisines.
Ability to stay cool and focused in a busy service environment.
ServSafe certification or equivalent (or ability to obtain quickly)
