We are opening a new restaurant for our existing Italian concept Sauce Family Pizzeria and Italian Eatery. The new location is in the final stages of build out now, in the same plaza as Bevy's Liquors at C470.
We are looking to hire a Kitchen Manager / Head Chef to help us build out the BOH team. Recipes, order sheets and processes will guided by our brand standard. Our Executive Chef for the company will guide your journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing BOH labor costs
- Managing Food Costs
- Food orders / inventory
- Utilizing Toast ExtraChef
- Recruiting and scheduling BOH staff
- Basic computer literate - Google Docs
- Problem solving / critical thinker
