✓ $16–$20 per hour – start at the top of the range with proven experience
Little/no experience → $16–$17
1–2 years restaurant kitchen → $18–$19
Strong wok, line cook, or fast-casual experience → $19–$20 immediately
✓ Extra $1–$1.50 per hour in tips (kitchen gets full share – paid every paycheck)

✓ Full-time or part-time – flexible schedule

One position, you learn EVERYTHING (we rotate you):
- Dishwashing & woks
- Prep (chopping, rice, sauces, curry pastes from scratch)
- Fry station
- Wok station (Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, stir-fries)
- Curries, soups, grill
