Duties:
- Prepare a variety breads (sourdough, rye, focaccia, and baguettes), cookies, biscuits, and more. This is not a pastry kitchen position.
- Follow recipes and ensure consistency in product quality
- Operate kitchen equipment including ovens, mixers, and other tools
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Schedule: Saturday - Tuesday, 5am - 3pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $32.00 per hour ($18.29/hr + Tip Pool)
Expected hours: 36 – 40 per week
