Base Pay: Minimum + Tip Pool
Sick paid totaling 48 hours per year (accrued at a rate of 1 hour for every 30 hours worked)

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
The roles and responsibilities of a Cold Line Cook include, but are not limited to:
Service Standards
Build all menu items accurately
Knowledgeable of all food safety standards
Maintain proper pace to facilitate the team goal of ticket times under 20 minutes
Set up line in time given to be ready for service
Dressed appropriately to the standards set by the company
Identify any food quality issues and address them promptly and appropriately
Maintain organization of product and goods throughout the kitchen and basement storage
Facilities Management
Keep a clean station at all times
Consistent with preventative maintenance and cleaning of equipment
Completing schedule maintenance tasks assigned to the position
Communicating any potential facilities issues quickly and to the appropriate persons
Human Management
Comfortable communicating with teammates in a productive and respectful manner
Respond to customer feedback, effectively implementing the 4 A’s
Able to take direction from other team members and management without friction
Physical Demands
Required to stand and walk continuously for 8-10 hours
Frequent exposure to sharp objects and hot surfaces
Continuously performing hand and wrist work, including grasping
Frequently bending and twisting, with occasional pushing and pulling, fine hand manipulation, reaching above the shoulder, and kneeling or squatting
May require the climbing of stairs depending on location.
Continuously lifting or carrying 0-15 pounds, frequently lifting or carrying 20-50 pounds, and rarely lifting over 50 pounds
Occasionally exposed to work near moving mechanical parts.
The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
Looking to fill these shifts:
Sundays 8 am- 6 pm, Mondays 10 am - 8 pm, Tuesdays 10 am- 8 pm. OR Saturdays 8 am - 6 pm, Sundays 8 am - 6 pm, Mondays 10 am - 8 pm
