Previous experience in food service or restaurant industry
Prior pizza making experience is a plus
Maintain proper pace to facilitate the team goal of ticket times under 20 minutes
Knowledge of food handling and safety regulations
Culinary experience and knife skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
Schedule & Benefits
Hours: 30-36 hrs per week, Saturday & Sunday's required (11am-8:30pm)
Weekly Pay: $18.81/hr + Tip Pool (range $23 - $27 per hour)
Shift Meals
$10 per shift to spend at either restaurant
