The 49th, a neighborhood bar and restaurant featuring Alaskan inspired food and drinks, is looking for a full time line cook at our Southwest Denver location!
Line cooks will have great experience on all areas of the line (grill, fry, sauté) and the ability to complete additional duties such as:
Helping to maintain a well organized and clean BOH space.
Adhering to public health code and following proper methods and procedures.
Reading and following recipes for prepping menu items.
Keeping a positive attitude during high volume times.
Compensation includes tips.
