The Bagelry in Evergreen is seeking a full-time employee to join the team. We are a local bagel shop that's been making New York style bagels since 1995. We love the grateful dead and like to keep it jamming throughout the day. We are looking for someone to join a small team of dedicated workers. For full-time employees can expect 60k-$75k a year in compensation, healthcare and dental insurance fully paid for by the business, and paid vacation time. We believe in working hard which as cliche as it sounds, allows us to stay true to our mission of having a small staff and great pay and benefits without having to hire a multitude of part-time employees. We provide standards of benefits that you won't find elsewhere in the restaurant industry. In order to guarantee such consistent and high pay, we shoot to have full-time employees work 45-50hr/wk. An ideal candidate will be personable in talking to our guests as we are community oriented in our small town, be eager to learn a new skill as baking bagels is unlike most other forms of baking, and be a team player comfortable with rotating roles to ensure everything gets done and the bagels come out beautiful. Everyone rotated baking, prepping, making dough and everyone is upfront most of the day assisting customers.
