Requirements Prep Cook:
Operate basic kitchen equipment (mixers, slices, food processors)
Portion and package prepared foods for storage or service
Clean, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a professional attitude
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)
Pay range: $15–$17 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
Requirements FOH:
Operational requirements (staff roles, speed, service, steps)
Equipment requirement (POS, headsets, order confirmation screens)
Clean, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a professional attitude
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)
Pay range: $14–$16 per hour, depending on experience and skills
Requirements Line Cook:
Solid experience preparing traditional Mexican dishes (tacos, salsas, birria, enchiladas, etc.)
Knowledge of flavor balance, seasoning, and proper cooking techniques
Clean, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Team player with a professional attitude
Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends required)
Pay range: $17–$21 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
