Looking for an enthusiastic, positive, team-player to work on our Housekeeping team.
Housekeeping responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Room tidies and preparing for next guest arrivals
Cleaning rooms in less than 90 minutes
Maintaining Laundry
Great at folding linens, towels, napkins, bedding, (etc.)
Cleaning, dusting, sweeping and mopping common areas and all bathrooms
Assisting with set-up and break-down for events
Candidate must possess good interpersonal skills
PM Innkeeping responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Completing and fulfilling guest check-in and check-out procedures (Checking rooms before arrivals, checking all guest notes, etc.)
An interest in and appreciation of Denver History is ideal
Upkeep of Dining Room including laundry and steaming of dining room linens
Sweeping and mopping of common areas (Courtyard, lobby, dining room, reception)
Assisting with tidies and other guest requests as needed
Stripping bedding from departed rooms
Placing all Arrival/Welcome Calls to future guests, prior to arrival
Responding to general guest emails during shifts (computer skills required!)
Computer proficiency in reservations software required in order to learn guest reservation software interface quickly and to perform other required tasks.
Potential added hours for events
Miscellaneous tasks can include assistance with: front steps snow removal and other household tasks as directed by the General Manager
Ideal candidate is an all-around utility team member that is comfortable performing any and all tasks needed to be completed. Candidate must possess good interpersonal communication skills especially working with guests. Ideal candidate is good with time management/multitasking and can seamlessly transition between all tasks.
