Location: Centennial Catering @ Mullen High School
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute high-quality catering services for various events hosted at the high school.
Supervise kitchen staff, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a chef, preferably with a background in hotels or country clubs.
Ability to manage and lead a team effectively.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Creative culinary skills and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Flexibility and adaptability to varying event demands.
Availability for part-time work, suitable for a semi-retired individual.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent professional training.
Previous experience in hotel or country club kitchens is highly desirable.
Additional Information:
This position is ideal for individuals seeking a part-time role, perfect for those in semi-retirement. Avg 30 hours per week.
The location of the catering company is within Mullen High School.
Successful candidates must pass a background check.
