Ambli Global at Belleview Station is looking for a Well bartender that has high volume cocktail experience, a solid knowledge base and the ability to learn new recipes and execute them consistently. We are a globally inspired restaurant with a fresh fruit cocktail program and a team that buys in with the Guest Experience.
Ambli delivers heart and soul every day to our guests. This isn’t easy but once you go through training and development, you’ll appreciate what we’ve created. This is a full time position with 1.5-2 days off. Qualified candidates will need to stage 2 days (paid at minimum wage) and go through a minimum of 40-70 hours of paid Food and Cocktail training/development. Ambli does have a Tip Pool. After successfully passing the exams, this position pays $30-$33/hr (Denver tipped min wage plus tip out up to $33).
Must have lived in CO for at least the past 6 months.
Expectations include:
3+ years of HIGH VOLUME Well Bartending Experience
Experienced palate in food, wine and spirits
Responsible and presentable
Understands the meaning of teamwork
Appreciates a clean clean bar; there is daily bar cleaning of both bars
Thick skin and willing to work hard
Dress code is black slacks, black top, black belt, black non-slip shoes
Batching and juicing for all the cocktails
Running drinks to guests when possible
Ability to stay calm under pressure
