Our massage therapists work within a team of practitioners specializing in nervous system healing and detoxifying the body. We believe that healing occurs when a person is a participant in their own health and strive to create an atmosphere of deep listening, where their inner voices can be heard.
We are a healing sanctuary for people looking to recover from the stresses of daily life as well as more complex health journeys. Our practitioners specialize in accidents & injuries, chronic illness & pain, surgery recovery, nervous system healing, concussion recovery, cancer recovery, childbirth recovery, breastfeeding support & more. We attract clients who are looking for new ways to improve their health.
We are looking for Massage Therapists and CranioSacral Therapists who want to work in a community focused spa environment, who enjoy being part of a healthcare team, and want to make a positive change in people’s lives.Training in Manual Lymphatic Drainage is a plus. We are excited to have a lactation consultant on staff and just launched our lymph and lactation program for breastfeeding clients.
Our team works together in a collaborative manner, consulting with each other to deepen our support for clients with complex health needs. We aim to foster an environment where we lean on each other and refer clients between practitioners as supporting each client’s individual healing is our priority.
We are looking for employees who are seeking a long-term position in a growing company with opportunities for ongoing professional development. We have a large demand for highly skilled massage therapists and are open to working with independent contractors if it’s a good fit.

Compensation & Benefits:
We pay a base hourly rate plus a commission on services. Our therapists average between $35-$60 per service + gratuity. With gratuity, our therapists make upwards of $55-70/hour!
