If you have geriatric experience, and looking to develop additional skills for your resume, this can be the job for you. Nursing school students or graduates, Paramedic and/or advanced degree is preferable.
-Must have the ability to read and write chart notes, daily logs, and provide clinical reports.
-The scope of the job role requires the clinical supervisor to work with Lead CNA's and other supervisors providing instruction and guidance.
-You'll be trained to create a care plan that is conducive for each client based on their ailments and clinical needs.
