Here is what one of our former employees had to say:
"Working as a traveling dental assistant with VAS has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. Each day brings a new adventure as I travel to nursing homes across Colorado, providing crucial dental care to residents who need it most. One of the most rewarding aspects of this job is the opportunity to explore different parts of the state, meeting new people and making a positive impact on their oral health.
The flexibility and variety in my work schedule ensure that no two days are alike. Whether I'm assisting with cleanings, procedures, or educating patients, there's always something new to learn and experience. This dynamic environment keeps me engaged and motivated, knowing that my work directly improves the quality of life for those I assist.
Compensation at VAS is competitive, reflecting the value placed on our skills and dedication. Beyond financial rewards, the supportive work culture fosters a sense of community and collaboration among team members. I appreciate the ongoing training and development opportunities provided, which enhance my professional growth and ability to deliver exceptional care.
Overall, VAS has provided me with a platform to combine my passion for dental care with my love for travel, creating a fulfilling career that enriches both my professional and personal life. I highly recommend VAS to anyone seeking a rewarding career as a dental assistant in a dynamic and supportive work environment. If I wasn't moving out of state, I'd be with VAS for the foreseeable future."
