We are in need of a full or part-time front desk receptionist with an engaging, professional, and positive attitude to join our team. Dental knowledge is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude.
We are open Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM, and Saturday is 7:30 AM to 1:30 PM. Saturdays may be negotiable.

Job Description:
Greets and welcomes patients as soon as they arrive at the clinic.
Registers and checks in patients and alerts Dental Assistants of their arrival.
Constructs charts for all new patients completes patient demographic and other information (digitally).
Collects copay, coinsurance, or patient balances and provides receipts.
Ensures reception area and clinic are tidy and presentable throughout the day.
Coordinates patient flow, keeping patients informed of expected wait times as necessary.
Prints & prepares daily appointments, reviewing charts for accurate patient, insurance, and billing information.
Scans information (including x-rays) into patient charts and documents all pertinent communicaiton.
Answers written requests for dental records or x-rays.
Responsible for scheduling all appointments, confirming next day’s appointments, and rescheduling as needed.
