Candidate must have superb communication skills and demonstrate strong organizational skills and be able to multi task as these are busy practices. Attitude is everything, looking for someone with initiative, confidence, ability to communicate with staff and patients and works well under pressure.Must have a proven ability to run a practice, understand reports, goals and all aspects of HR and all aspects of the front. This person would be the Doctors right hand person and would also be running the marketing initiatives for our referring doctors.
