Looking for an awesome dental assistant to join my team (basically my family). I am the sole dentist and owner at Bear Creek Family Dental (www.DentistLakewoodCO.com), and I am looking for a dental assistant to work with me and my team. We are a small office and we pride ourselves on providing exceptional customer service and our relationships with our patients. We are looking for a dental assistant (to be the sole dental assistant for the practice) who is (1) Reliable, (2) with a great work ethic, and (3) great attention to detail, and (4) great empathy for patients and love and empathy for coworkers (front office and back clinical staff). I do my own restorative dentistry and this is NOT an EDDA/EFDA position. This position is available to new grads and seasoned veterans as long as they fit the four points noted above but at least 1 to 2 years experience is preferred. We are looking for an assistant to join our family and we are looking for someone to work with us for many years to come. We pride ourselves on having very low turnover when we have the right person for the job. Our hours are Monday and Tuesday 9:00am-5:30pm and Wednesday, Thursday 7:00am-3:30pm.
