San Marino Retirement Community is now looking for QMAPs to join our team! The Resident Assistant II is responsible for direct resident care. This includes assistance with activities of daily living; including personal care, helping residents participate in their daily activity programs, and some laundry and housekeeping tasks, along with medication administration.
The ideal candidate will have experience in assisted living, medication administration (for QMAP positions), and training in medical terminology. The ability to communicate effectively and in a courteous, professional manner must be demonstrated, along with understanding the residents' rights.
This position requires some previous experience in care giving, QMAP medication training and education classes required by state statute. Preferred experience includes dementia and mental health training.
Evening Shift available.
Evenings - 1:30pm-10:00pm
$500 Hire on bonus - Employee must be in good standing. $250 will be paid on the first payday after 30 days of employment. $250 will be paid on the first payday following 90 days of employment.
