Our dental practice has proudly served our community since 2007, offering neurotoxins/dermal fillers for approximately 10 years. We're now expanding to include a fully integrated medspa. We’re seeking an enthusiastic Nurse Practitioner experienced in aesthetics, HRT, and peptides—someone ready to bring positive energy and help us build an exceptional new service line.
Role Overview
This position requires that you play a pivotal role in launching services and shaping our culture. This position blends clinical leadership in aesthetics, hormone therapy, and peptide protocols with the opportunity to contribute to business growth and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
● Conduct thorough consultations for aesthetic, HRT, and peptide services.
● Create and execute personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's goals.
● Perform procedures including injectables (e.g., neurotoxins, dermal fillers), laser treatments, microneedling, peels, PDO threads, IPL, HRT, and peptide therapy.
● Educate clients on procedures, post-care, and wellness-focused follow-ups
● Maintain precise, compliant documentation and core clinical records.
● Promote med spa offerings—including skincare, memberships, and wellness add-ons—to support practice growth.
● Support operational tasks such as inventory, scheduling, and clinic workflow.
● Stay current with industry innovations, technologies, and best practices in aesthetics and wellness.
Requirements
● Active Nurse Practitioner license in Colorado.
● Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics—injectables, lasers, peels, and/or peptide protocols preferred.
● Solid familiarity with HRT or a strong desire to develop in this area.
● Upbeat, professional demeanor with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
● Entrepreneurial drive and dedication to elevating client experiences in an established dental practice branching into aesthetics.
