Office Assistant for Home Health Agency
We are seeking a detailed oriented office assistant.
Bilingual Preferred
We are a fast-paced home health care business, and we are looking for the right candidate to match with our office staff and make a great addition to our team.
We will need the right employee to represent our agency with respect and in a professional manner and works hard.
Basic key - Type 35+ WPM
Must have reliable transportation and be on time
Knowledge of Windows and can navigate through a computer. (Tech Savvy)
The ability to adapt to learn new things quickly and think quickly and know when to ask for help
Knowledge of Microsoft word, Excel, simple data entry, sending basic emails out, following up with clients and employees on documents needed, filing, archiving, Scanning, copying, basic office duties and tasks assigned.
Great social and customer service skills and problem solving
Must have attention to detail
Must be organized
Able to follow directions/instructions promptly
Must be comfortable on the phone as we do have heavy phone call days and email follow ups
Schedule availability must be 9a-5pm; Monday through Friday and major holidays, weekends, we are off
Hourly pay, biweekly pay (will be explained)
We will be conducting interviews for the right candidate.
