This position supports an adult female with an intellectual/physical disability in her semi-independent apartment residential setting.

The position is part-time. (15-20 hours a week)

The direct support staff is responsible for the following:
Assist with all appointments.
Schedule medical, dental, therapy and/or psychiatric appointments.
Transport and attend the client’s appointments.
Complete medication administration on a daily or weekly basis depending on individual’s needs.
Fill med reminder box.
Complete medical documentation paperwork.
Assist the client with grocery shopping, meal planning and preparation, laundry, cleaning of apartment, and all medication refills.
Provide support and encouragement for client regarding daily hygiene tasks.
Assist the client with accessing their community and increase
participation in social activities.
Assist client with household tasks.
Complete all required paperwork.
Attend all required trainings.
Attend monthly in office monitoring.
All on-site will be able to pass a background check, pass a drug test must be current CPR certified, current QMAP certified, current Med administration certified, and have a valid CO Driver's License. They must have reliable transportation that is currently insured.
