Registered Dental Hygienist – Flexible Schedule (2–4 Days/Week)

We are looking for a compassionate, motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join our team 2–4 days per week with flexibility in scheduling. In this role, you’ll play a key part in patient care and education, while working closely with our experienced dentists and support staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform thorough dental cleanings and periodontal therapy
Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and overall dental health
Discuss and recommend products and services
Laser gum treatments
Toothpaste, toothbrushes, and home care products
Maintain accurate patient records and charting
Assist dentists with procedures as needed
Adhere to sterilization and infection control protocols
Qualifications:
Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) license
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to educate and motivate patients about oral health
Detail-oriented with excellent time management and organizational skills
Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
Experience with Open Dental software is a huge plus
