We need an Office Manager that can lead our busy practice, hit production goals, and keep morale high. We need someone who can manage without micromanaging, and absolutely knows how to run an effective and efficient team.
Also, we do a lot of speciality dentistry so we need an Office Manager that can market, is creative in running an office, and loves to grow dental offices.
Our ideal Office Manager would:
Know PPO insurance
Able to schedule to production constantly and consistently
Able to hit office goals
Manage a team by setting office goals, holding team members accountable, and
having fun every day
Kind, caring, and assertive
Loves dentistry and has a passion for it
