Job Title: Part-Time Care Coordinator

Location: Remote with some in-office and travel requirements (based in Denver, CO)

Job Description:

We are seeking a mature, experienced, and dependable Care Coordinator to join our team. This part-time position is ideal for someone with a background in caregiving, team leadership, or supervisory roles who is looking for flexible, part-time work with growth potential as our business expands.

Responsibilities:

Operate general office equipment and perform basic computer tasks (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook).

Attend the office in-person at least one day per week (Wednesday or Thursday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m.).

Travel to client homes as needed to:

Deliver binders or other materials.

Conduct warm hand-offs.

Pick up paperwork.

Complete supervisory visits.

Handle other assigned tasks.

Manage on-call responsibilities, including scheduling and answering phones, every other weekend (or as needed).

Screen and schedule caregivers for shifts as part of the scheduling process.

Requirements:

Own a reliable laptop and have dependable home internet access.

Have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and current insurance.

Possess a verifiable work history with professional references.

Have at least 1 year of direct care experience (team lead or supervisory experience preferred).

Hold relevant certifications such as QMAP or CNA license (preferred but not required).

Be fluent in clear English communication.

Be at least 25 years old.

Be familiar with on-call procedures and scheduling processes.
