Join a fast-growing property management company specializing in Airbnb and short-term rental turnovers. We’re currently expanding and hiring multiple positions!
Job Responsibilities
Perform cleaning and staging of vacation rental properties
Conduct walkthroughs to ensure properties are 100% guest-ready
Assist with deep cleanings, new property setups, and photography staging
Handle last-minute on-site laundry, if needed (clean linens are usually pre-supplied by our laundry team)

We want dependable, detail-oriented individuals with a strong work ethic and high cleaning standards. This is a physical, fast-paced job ideal for people who enjoy working independently and take pride in creating beautiful, guest-ready homes.
Standard Turnover Hours: 10 AM – 3 PM
Additional hours may be available
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License
Active Auto Insurance
Reliable vehicle (4WD/AWD preferred)
Smartphone with GPS
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Reliability, punctuality, and keen attention to detail

Assignments may change last-minute due to booking updates
All cleaning supplies and equipment are provided by us
