Hours: 20 hours per week
Bonus: Commission for each unit cleaned
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join us. Our goal is to restore and maintain the apartment complex to a high standard of cleanliness and comfort for our residents. This role requires a commitment to deep cleaning and a strong work ethic, as well as a passion for creating a welcoming environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform deep cleaning of common areas, including lobbies, hallways, stairwells, and laundry facilities.
- Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the grounds, ensuring they are free from litter and debris.
- Conduct regular inspections and cleaning of shared amenities, such as fitness centers and community rooms.
- Collaborate with management to address any specific cleaning needs or concerns.
- Take pride in your work and uphold the standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Assist with cleaning individual apartment units as needed, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
Must be able to take criticism so that we are turning out the best product possible
