In need of a maintenance guy with a strong skill set. You must be skilled and fast at drywall, plumbing, painting, installing flooring, electrical and problem solving. You will be overseeing 111 units(one 93 unit and one 18 unit property) between 2 different properties so we need someone that can work quickly and knock out a lot of tasks in a day with minimal oversight. Work will range from common area maintenance, unit maintenance to preparing units for move ins. You should be confident in your work and should be able to keep a tight schedule without loosing work quality.
Must be on call for after hours/weekend emergencies
Requirements:
- Has all of the desired skills above
- Must speak fluent English
- Must have Valid ID and your own car
- At least 3+ years of previous experience
- Able to start in the next week or so
- No felonies on your background
