A to Z Roofing & Exteriors is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant to join our Production Team. Prior roofing experience or industry knowledge is beneficial but not required—we’re looking for someone with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn.
Key Responsibilities:
Pick up and return materials to suppliers and jobsites
Perform jobsite clean-up upon project completion
Set up OSHA-compliant ladder access for city/county inspections
Assist the Quality Control Team in maintaining company standards
Occasionally interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
What We’re Looking For:
Valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record (company vehicle provided)
Ability to multi-task and stay organized
Proactive mindset with strong interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of mobile applications for work-related tasks
Ability to drive for extended periods during the workday
Capable of lifting 50 lbs as needed
Flexible schedule / possible overtime (work hours vary by season)
