Job Description Overview:

The Colorado Floor Company is looking for very hardworking individuals to join our growing Cabinet Division in our warehouse.

Job will be a fulltime labor-intensive position. Position entails receiving & delivering cabinets that can weigh up to 200Ibs on a daily basis. Making jobsite deliveries in varying weather and jobsite conditions. Loading and unloading cabinet trucks. All general warehouse duties.

Day to Day Responsibilities:

Arrive on time 7am-4pm (Hours may vary depending on delivery workload)

Communicate daily workloads with Warehouse Manager (WM)

Hand unloading large inbound trucks (when scheduled) up to 200 cabs per truck

Hand loading 26ft box truck for deliveries (everyday)

Use pallet jack to move pallets of cabinets around for staging & putting away in inventory (NO Forklift) & use

hand-truck/ dolly to move cabinets around safely on dock and truck ramps

Filling out inbound paperwork up to WM standards (check in on packing list)

OS&D notes & photos taken when necessary shared with WM - She may ask questions

Follow delivery route created by Warehouse/ Delivery Lead confirmed by WM

Load 26ft box truck in accordance with the delivery schedule. (First delivery on tail & Last delivery on nose of

truck)

Unload cabinets at delivery jobsite in a timely & safe matter

Maintain delivery logs/ paperwork, photos & emails required for each delivery

Maintain upstanding customer service when making jobsite deliveries with homeowners & jobsite supers as you

represent the company

Make daily vehicle mechanical inspections (anything out of the norm should be reported to WM)

Pickup & Deliver miscellaneous items such as tape orders, home depot orders, etc.

Follow all company safety rules & precautions - Employer provides PPE

Inventory cycle counts will be performed by warehouse members on a weekly basis - reports will be turned in to

WM

Turn in all paperwork in a timely manner to your WM (Inbounds - Same Day or Next Morning, Deliveries - Same

Day)

Checking in & putting away LTL carrier items (UPS & FedEx) - Use proper forms and processes to add items to

inventory

Miscellaneous tasks assigned by WM such as building storage racks, or power washing company vehicles, etc.

Maintain a clean and organized work area in the company truck & warehouse - Both should be cleaned at least every

other day

Job Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license and provide MVR record

Ability to lift heavy objects, up to 75 on a regular basis

Experience with inventory, WH systems, order picking & packing is preferred

Construction jobsite safety knowledge (1 yr)

Operating 16'-26' box trucks & pallet jack experience is preferred

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks & filling out ppwk

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily deadlines

Excellent communication skills, ability to work well in a team & follow instructions
