What You Will Be Doing
Troubleshoot, repair, maintain, and install commercial HVAC and related equipment
Coordinate day-to-day service agreements or assigned projects
Respond to a high volume of service calls professionally and efficiently
Clearly communicate with customers and provide effective solutions
Perform safety checks and system diagnostics
Complete paperwork and service reports promptly and accurately
Maintain and improve technical knowledge through continued learning
Required Qualifications
Minimum 4-7 years of commercial HVAC maintenance experience
Strong troubleshooting skills with HVAC systems and components (chillers, boilers, air handlers, refrigeration, controls)
Universal EPA certification
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Preferred Qualifications
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to a busy call schedule
Commitment to staying current with tools, manuals, and industry updates
