Specifications:
YOU MUST BE WILLING TO TAKE BOTH THE NIGHTTIME AND DAYTIME SHIFT. They will not be split.
It is a total of Approx. 30hrs per week.
Part time NIGHTTIME position - average 4 hours per night, 5 nights a week. Approx. 20hours per week.
Part time DAYTIME position - 2 hours per day, 5 days a week. Approx. 10hrs per week. WE WILL PAY HIGHER RATE FOR DAY HOURS.
Work will commence after 5:00 PM each night.
1+ years of experience a plus - Commercial/office cleaning a plus, but not necessary.
Must have a consistent source of reliable transportation.
Criminal background check will be performed.
Must have the ability to complete nightly checklists to ensure proper completion of nightly tasks
Pay/Benefits:
$18.00 - $20.00 p/hr - Pay rate depends on experience.
Benefits – Employees can accrue up to (8) Paid Days Off over the course of their first year of work.
Responsibilities included but limited to:
Checklists - Cleaners are required to utilize all required Checklists on a daily basis, no exceptions.
Going above and beyond - If during the workday you see something that could be cleaned or picked up that’s not part of the scope of work, we ask that you go the extra mile.
Communication - Cleaners must communicate daily with a supervisor, to note any issues or maintenance items on the job site, as well as confirm completion of any/all extraordinary tasks listed by the Supervisor or the Client.
Cleaning Tasks - Cleaning functions include, but are in no way limited to, entryways/hallways, offices, sanitization of restrooms/breakrooms, wiping touch point surfaces, vacuuming carpet, mopping and sweeping floors, steps, emptying waste and recycling receptacles.
Physical Requirements – This job requires you to perform the following repetitive movements: stand, walk, sit, use hands for cleaning, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl, talk or hear. The employee may occasionally lift and/or move a minimum of 40 pounds of office and facilities equipment, trash, or cleaning equipment. Attendance/Punctuality - Cleaners must consistently be at work on time, ensure work responsibilities are covered when absent, and arrive at meetings/appointments on time.
Dependability - Cleaners must follow instructions, respond to management direction, take responsibility for their own actions, and keep commitments. Cleaners must commit to long hours of work when necessary to reach goals, and complete tasks on time, or notify their supervisor with an alternate plan as needed.
