Rocky Mountain Forest Products is a locally owned specialty wood products company that has been in the Denver area for over 45 years. We are accepting applications for a Delivery Driver/Warehouse position. We are located in the Wheart Ridge area near I-70 and Kipling. Primary responsibilities include:
Operating a delivery vehicle
Safety compliance
Navigating a smartphone and using industry specific applications
Customer service
Completing DOT pre-checks
Loading delivery vehicles with a forklift
Assisting with weekly inventory processes
Restocking material and assisting in the lumberyard once daily deliveries have been completed
A successful candidate would be comfortable in a warehouse / industrial space, have a valid driver's license / clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), and enjoy working independently. This position is primarily a driving role, and also encompasses customer service, material handling, forklift operation, and inventory accountability.
Work schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30a.m. - 5p.m., and rotating Saturdays, 8a.m. - noon. This position does have the potential for overtime.
Applicants must be able to lift up to 80 lbs., squat, bend over, kneel, climb, load and unload truck as well as other misc. tasks you are asked to do.
