ARC Thrift Stores, Inc. is a 55 year old company that supports the needs of adults and children with intellectual/developmental disabilities (IDD. People who support that mission donate items through our Donation Centers to be sold in our stores. The proceeds from those sale fund programs for the IDD community of Colorado.
A Donation Station Roving Attendant:
This is a Full Time, NON-Clerical position. (No Part time available)
Works directly with donors by accepting donated goods, storage and warehousing of those item as well as dissemination of information to assist in distribution.
Works a set schedule of 4 – 10 hr days.
Covers for scheduled attendants when they are absent.
Requirements:
Flexibility in availability.
Be reliable & punctual
Able to work independently
Be able to project a pleasant “Donor Friendly” demeanor.
Be able to lift up to 65lbs repeatedly
Have a working cell phone.
Valid Driver’s License a must.
Must have a reliable, insured vehicle.
(Donation Centers are spread from Ft. Lupton to Pueblo.)
Benefits/Compensation:
$17 per hour (pay days every two weeks)
Mileage reimbursed at .70 per mile
30% Discount in all ARC Thrift Stores
Life, Medical, Eye, Dental Insurance available after 60 days on the job.
401K at 12 months.
