Must have own cell phone with GPS/Text/Photo capabilities.
PAY Up To $23-$29 per hour based on experience/work ethic.
TIPS Earned Daily $20 to $50
DRIVERS/LEADS
Clean MVR to Drive a 26' Box Truck. Must be able to show up to work in clean clothes sober, and rested to work potentially long 8-12 plus days.
Must be at least 23 years od for insurance purposes
As a driver, you must have the ability to obtain a DOT Medical clearance and acceptance by our insurance company for clearance to drive our trucks; as well as ability to pass the DOT Drivers qualifications criteria once fully trained.
Ability to work your way up to leading your own crew as a lead/driver, setting pace, customer service goals and motivating the team,
Portray Teamwork and positive attitude, represent company to client.
Loading and unloading trucks
Must be reliable and show up to work on time and work until jobs are finished. Our reputation thrives off of the customer service we provide to our clients.
Experience with protective wrapping and packing the truck. Experience preferred with leading and motivating a crew when acting as the daily lead.
Team oriented. Good communication skills
Ability to climb stairs on a daily basis.
Ability to lift at least 50-70 lbs, move, push, pull, sit and stand for long periods of time.
