ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
Assures quality customer service to all customers.
Receives and prepares routine and special orders for products and services.
Receives, inspects and determines acceptability of product components.
Unpacks products and routes samples for accessioning.
Performs boxing and destruction of unacceptable products.
Assures accuracy of all manual and computer generated records including secondary review of assigned forms.
Performs quality control of storage equipment and shipping procedures.
Performs inventory of products.
Prepares and labels components. Maintains records and performs computer entry.
REQUIREMENTS:
-High school graduate or GED required.
-Must be able to pass drug screen
-Must be able to pass criminal background check
-Forklift Certified
-Have experience working with Customers and Customer Service
-Experience working in warehouse environment
-Inventory experience

SKILLS/ABILITIES
Good communication and customer relations skills
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., bend, stretch, reach and sit.
Detail oriented to ensure accuracy on paperwork.
Computer skills required.
Able to work independently
