Requirements:
-A customer-focused attitude and be a supportive team player
-Base knowledge: Switching out toilet parts, snaking drains, switching outlets/lights, troubleshooting HVAC issues, very proficient painter, drywall repair seamlessly and quickly
-40 hour work week but must be on call for emergencies
-Must answer your phone
-Communicate in English proficiently
-Arrive to work presentably
-The ability to troubleshoot. We want someone that takes pride in solving issues quickly, calling contractors is our last resort option.
As a Service Technician (Maintenance Technician), you will create an environment where people will want to live. You will maintain the property to ensure good working order and pleasant curb appeal while providing excellent customer service to your residents.
Prepare apartments for new residents in a timely manner following management standards
Perform daily maintenance of property grounds for curb appeal that makes a great impression on your residents, prospective residents and guests
Additional projects and/or duties as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager
A positive attitude, and the desire to learn and develop your skills
Superior customer service and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn
Availability to be on-call to address any emergencies
Active and valid driver license is required
