Hello, we are a small high-end gardening business that is hiring seasonal staff. This is a 1099 Subcontractor position starting at $23/hr. We are looking for someone that can work from 7 AM - 2 PM four days each week or as needed to help cover the schedule. Our season is in full operation from May through the end of November each year. We work in south Denver (Greenwood Village, Cherry Creek area, center Denver and in Boulder once a month). You must have your own personal transportation to meet the team at every job site.

Garden Helper Position:
- Reliable and personal transportation (the team meets at every job site and might have 2-3 garden maintenance jobs in one day).
- Fluent in English
- Clean driving record (if asked to drive company work truck)
- Takes pride in personal appearance and practices good hygiene
- Punctual to all job sites
- Knowledgeable with perennials (basic knowledge of pruning techniques)
- Owns hand tools (small rake, hand snips, gloves, garden shovel)
- Positive attitude and able to work in a team environment.
- Professional customer service skills when addressing high-end clients
- Ability to shape shrubs
- Strong attention to detail
- Takes pride in work
- Ability to lift 20-70 pounds properly
-Ability to work on knees for long periods at a time
- Able to work in all Colorado weather conditions.
- Background in Horticulture
- Work experience in similar field (landscaping)
- Able to work on maintenance team and garden installation team as needed
